Whenever I visited Idaho in the summer, my grandma always had ginger/molasses cookies in the freezer. This week, so did I.
My cousin Alyson claims that Grandma always had the cookie dough in the freezer when she visited. I don't remember that. I'm thinking that Grandma learned to bake it up before I got there, so that there'd be any left for baking.
Besides the fun of eating frozen cookies and reading, it was nice to have cookies to serve to the missionaries when they dropped by Sunday to fellowship me, since I was on their list of "less active members." Ha.
