You CAN have 10 crockpots going at once
And not blow any circuits.
There are five pots in that picture, if you look carefully. But maybe you shouldn't. There appears to be a lot of stuff stacked up on any flat surface.
I made a LOT of pork and beef brisket this weekend. Cooking the meat was incredibly easy. I scattered my friends' crockpots around the house, turned them on Saturday night, and then pulled apart the meat yesterday. It took almost no time for setup, and almost no time for the meat.
It then took 3 hours to clean the crockpots. Fourteen pieces of meat make for a lot of grease. Ugh.
Still, it was easier than distributing the meat, onions, garlic, and liquid smoke to friends and then nursing them through the process.
All that's left to make is the coleslaw dressing and the fruit crisp. And cut up the celery sticks, and the broccoli. And figure out the table centerpieces...
