You know you've been a little distracted when you find the ice cream in the refrigerator. This is very very good ice cream, by the way. Pieces of brown sugar cake and toffee swirl.
The report is out, all 500+ pages of it, the church obligations are done for now, I've been to NYC (fun) and Baltimore (business), the house is clean, and now I'm in town for a whole weekend. Looking at the photo of the ice cream, I'm thinking that part of the time should be spent cleaning out the fridge, or sleeping, or both.
I should have more time for both, because I have to leave my computer at the office this weekend. Every now and then I'm reminded that this is, in fact, an office laptop. I didn't have a computer last weekend, either, and I won't have one next weekend. Someone recommended today that I get a patch, sort of like a nicotine patch, to get me through. Ha ha.
I bought wonderful stuff in NYC, with my cousin Marianne, and I want to post about that. I want to play computer games. I want to research recipes. I want to read your stuff. That's right, my name is Chelle, and I am not an addict. I am, however, very very fond of the internet, and frozen ice cream.
